Ingredients For Jowar and wheat flour panjiri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a heavy bottom wok, roast jowar and wheat flour for about 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
  • 2. Add ghee and mix well so that no lumps are seen.
  • 3. Continue roasting till mixture becomes aromatic.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Transfer the mixture in a bowl and let it cool a little.
  • 5. Now add crushed Jaggery and mix well so that Jaggery combines with the mixture completely.
  • 6. Add makhana and almonds.
  • 7. Store panjiri in an air tight container.
