Ingredients For Jowar choco chip cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly powder the palm jaggery with rolling pin.
  • 2. In a bowl, add the jowar flour, chocochips, Palm jaggery.
  • 3. Now add baking soda, baking powder and oil. Mix well
  • 4. Sprinkle the milk little by little and make it a soft dough.
  • 5. Take a small portion of the dough and make it a ball and flatten it.
  • 6. If you want you can use a cookie cutter too.
  • 7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • 8. Arrange the cookies, leaving little space in between.
  • 9. Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
  • 10. The cookies were bit soft when took it out. But when it is cool, it turned out very crispy.
  • 11. Enjoy this healthy cookies with tea.
