Ingredients For Jowar Flour-Semolina Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 2. Add semolina and saute for 2 minutes on low medium flame.
  • 3. Now add jowar flour in it,mix well and saute it well for more 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add milk,sugar and milk powder,mix well and cook it until it becomes thick in texture.
  • 5. Finally add grated coconut and fennel seeds and mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with grated coconut and tutti-frutti and its ready to serve.
