Ingredients For Jowar lavash with hummus recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fristly take one big Bowl add the flour, Red chilli flakes, oregano , garlic,salt,ghee and Coriander mix nicley
  • 2. Now add the water and knead the dough nicleyCovered for 10 minsPut the oven in Pre heat at 180 degreesGrese the baking tray with oil
  • 3. Now take small ball of dough and roll it like a chapati as thin as possible without breaking it
  • 4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and press it lightlyCut into triangle and transfer on baking trayLet's this baking in oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins
  • 5. Heat a small pan .add the sesame seeds and roast seeds till they become crisp
  • 6. In a mixer jar take the roasted sesame seeds and make the fine powderAdd the garlic , lemon juice, cumin powder, olive oil, salt and grind to a fine paste
  • 7. Next add the cooked chikpeas and grind till smooth and light (unable to grind then add the 2-3 tbsp Water)Hummus is ready and drizzle a bit of olive oil and sprinkle the red chilli flakes and red chilli powder ,some coriander leaves
