Ingredients For Jowar Pan Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil.
  • 2. Mix it well. Gradually add the water . Make Chilla type batter.
  • 3. Keep it aside for rest. Check it’s consistency, if batter is thick , add some water.
  • 4. Now add baking soda in it. Mix it.
  • 5. Heat a nonstick tawa . Grease it with little oil. Pour 1 big spoon batter on tawa , spread it in circular motion.
  • 6. Apply oil . Cook it on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides .
  • 7. Remove it in a serving plate. Serve with sauce.
