Ingredients For Kachi Haldi ka Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First in a spoon of ghee roast the nuts and keep aside.
  • 2. Now add 2 more spoons ghee and roast the wheat flour on low flame till it becomes brown and oil separates . Keep aside .
  • 3. Now add 2 more spoons of ghee and roast the turmeric till raw smell disappears.
  • 4. In a separate pan add water with jaggery dissolve it and strain it.
  • 5. To this strained syrup add cooked wheat flour mixture with turmeric and cook for two mins. Now garnish with nuts and serve hot. The taste of turmeric comes towards the end and lingers on the tongue for a long time.
