Kaju burfi is all time favorite for all. During Christmas time its one of the sweets to make. I made it for first time. Couldnt get best shape of it but taste is awesome. I didnt use silver vark for it. Its so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients For Kaju Burfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind cashews in to powder. In a kadai, take sugar, water and ghee. Boil till we get one string consistency.
  • 2. Add cashew powder keep on mixing till it wont stick to the bottom. Switch off flame. Apply ghee to a plate add the mixture to plate. Spread and let it cool. Then cut n give diamond shape or make burfi.
  • 3. Garnish with cashewnuts pieces.
