Ingredients For Kala Jamun recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add 5 tbsp NestlĂ© A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp khoa,1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp NestlĂ© A+ Milk.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients well and knead into a soft dough.
  • 3. Now, take small portions and make balls out of it. In a frying pan, add oil and put the prepared balls.
  • 4. Fry till it turns slightly golden in colour.
  • 5. For sugar syrup, In a pan, add water as required, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 whole elaichi and boil till it thickens.
  • 6. Allow it to slightly cool and add the prepared jamun into sugar syrup.
  • 7. Soak for few minutes. Remove from sugar syrup, garnish with 1 tbsp chopped pista.
  • 8. Delicious kala jamun is ready to serve.
