When u make Bhaji add salt in onion then remove water and don’t add water. Only add flour as required.

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl, add sliced onion.,now sprinkled salt to taste and mixed with hands and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now remove water from onion.
  • 3. Add besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing mixed it.
  • 4. Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
  • 5. Add Bhaji with hands and fry on medium flame till light golden brown till crispy.
  • 6. Served it with chutney.
