Take a wok, heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it. When it starts crackle add green chilli, curry leaves and onions. Saute it till onions become translucent and little brown.

Add all the spices. Mix it . Now add soaked poha in it. Mix it well. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves in it. Garnish with sev. Serve it hot.
