  • 1. 1 . First of all wash and soak poha with water ... Take out in seive
  • 2. 2. Now heat some oil in a wok, add peanut roasted and stir until golden brown and take out it,
  • 3. 3. Now roasted potato until golden brown and take out from dish..
  • 4. 4.. Now in heat oil add mustard seed crackle, add green chillies, kri leaves and ginger garlic paste too stir fry for a few seconds and add onion roasted some time turn pink
  • 5. 5. Now add softened soaked poha mix it add all spices and salt to taste mix it well And cover it for 2-3 minutes on slow flame 6. Now add roasted peanuts, potatoes and coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it well then turn off switch
  • 6. 7.Now serve it hot hot in a plate and garnish with some kanda and namkeen mixture...
