Methods
  • 1. Soak the semolina and saffron in milk for 1 hour.
  • 2. Boil the milk for sometime.
  • 3. Add soaked semolina in it and stir it continuously.
  • 4. Stir it continuously for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5. Then your phirni is ready.
  • 6. Serve it in chilled condition by garnishing with some chopped pistachios and saffron strands on it.
