Ingredients For Kashmiri Pulav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak rice in water for about 20 minutes.
  • 2. In a pan add ghee and fry dry fruits and keep it aside.
  • 3. Once dry fruits are done, in remaining ghee add bay leaf, pepper corn and saute.
  • 4. Now add thin slit onions and saute till onions turns translucent.
  • 5. Now drain the water from rice and add it. Add water approximately double than rice.
  • 6. Add salt and mix it.cook it till rice is 80% done.
  • 7. Add fried dry fruits and mix.
  • 8. Kashmiri Pulav is ready to relish.
