Methods
  • 1. First take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add rice and yellow moongdal dry roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Boil it with sufficient water in pressure cooker in high flame, in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • 2. Then, take black pepper seeds and cumin seeds bruised well. Keep aside.
  • 3. Then, take the pan, add ghee, cashew nuts pieces, fry it well and saute it well. Keep aside.
  • 4. Then take the pan, add ghee, green chillies, fry it well and saute it well. Keep aside.
  • 5. Then take the pan, add ghee, bruised black pepper seeds and cumin seeds, fry it well and saute it well. Keep aside.
  • 6. Then,take the boiled rice and yellow moongdal, add salt, fried cashew nuts, fried green chillies, fried black pepper seeds and cumin seeds, mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️♥️.
