Here I have shared instant recipe of preparing kesar Jalebi. Maida batter is prepared along with yoghurt, lemon and baking soda. It is then filled in Jalebi cloth or squeeze bottle. The batter is squeezed in spiral shape into hot oil , fried until crispy and dipped in warm kesar flavored sugar syrup for sometime. It can be savored warm or cold. Best served with rabri .
