Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan, pour in the milk, cream, milk powder and saffron. Let it boil, while keep stirring it at intervals.
  • 2. As it thicken a bit, add in the dry fruits, and let in simmer on a medium low flame.
  • 3. When the milk reduces to 1/3 in quantity, pour in the sugar, and slow cook for another 5-8 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from heat and transfer it into an earthen pot, covering it with a cling wrap.
  • 5. Freeze it for 2-3 hours.
  • 6. Kesar malai kulfi is ready to serve.
