Methods
  • 1. Heat Ghee in a pan,add cashew nuts,raisins & almonds & fry till golden brown.
  • 2. Add the grated lauki & saute for a few mins.
  • 3. Add milk & cook till the lauki is soft ,mix in the red colour & stir well.
  • 4. Add nestle milkmaid & stir continuously till the mixture is thick.Sprinkle cardamom powder & mix well.
  • 5. Remove from flame & serve hot.Garnish with dryfruits
