Ingredients For Kesariya phirni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak saffron threads in half cup of milk.
  • 2. Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes and coarsely grind in a mixer jar.
  • 3. Put remaining milk for boiling on slow flame.
  • 4. Add ground rice let it cool and stir occasionally.
  • 5. When the rice is about to cook add saffron milk and mix well.
  • 6. Add sugar, cardamom powder and rose water. Mix well.
  • 7. Switch off the flame and let it cool on room temperature.
  • 8. Add chopped dry fruits and keep in fridge.
  • 9. For serving take out phirni in serving bowl and serve chilled.
