Ingredients For Kesariya Sama chawal Phirni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot. Once the milk is boiled, put on simmer.
  • 2. Stir the milk continuously & simmer the milk till it has reduced to half.
  • 3. Now add in sama chawal ,kesar and cook for 6-8mins on low flame
  • 4. When the millet is cooked, add sugar and stir continuously till it reaches a thick consistency. Turn off the flame.
  • 5. Transfer the prepared mixture into small individual serving bowls and refrigerat for 2-3 hours. Garnish with kesar strains and serve chilled.
