Firstly make a batter of 1/2 glass of water and besan

Then take a pan add 2 spoons of oil and add jeera, asfoetida, mustard seeds then add onion and chilli paste , ginger garlic paste and roast it after roasting add the turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and mix it and add remaining water and mix

Then add the besan batter and stir continuously till it becomes thick

Then take a plate grease it with oil and add the paste then cut it in diamond shape when it cools and serve it with curd or any chutney and enjoy
