In a bowl combined suji, besan, curd, suger, salt, turmaric powder, Ginger- green chili paste And water as required. Mix well to get a smooth batter. Cover and keep rest for 15 minutes.

Just before steaming add the fruit salt and mix lightly. Pour the mixture immediately to a greased pan and spread evenly.

Steam in a steamer for 10-15 minutes or till the dhokla are cooked completely.

Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add and mustard Seeds. When it's crackled Add the curry leaves and slit green chili. Cook for a second. Pour the tempering over the cooked dhokla and spread evenly.

Garnish with chopped coriender leaves and cut it into pieces. Serve immediately.
