Methods
  • 1. In a grinder, grind leftovers kadhi . Keep it in a bowl. Add turmaric powder and salt if required. Mix well.
  • 2. Heat a pan and add kadhi batter and stir continuesly. When the batter is getting thick remove from heat and keep it in greased thali.
  • 3. After cool down cut in long stripes. Rolls each strips.
  • 4. In a tadka pan heat 1 tsp oil. Add hing, mustard seed, whole red chilly and curry leaves. After crackled remove from heat and spread on khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
