Firstly mix besan with curd , ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt and mix with water

Then take pan and pour the batter and stir continuously till it becomes a thick batter

Then grease a plate with oil and pour the batter and spread it with a spatula

Then cut it into slices after cooling down the roll them
5.
Then take a tadka pan and make a tadka with oil curry leaves, musturd seeds and cumin and pour it on the khandvi and garnish it with grated fresh coconut and enjoy
