Ingredients For Kharkhariya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first heat the milk and add til and sugar mix it till sugar get dissolved
  • 2. Now take both the aata in one big bowl mix ghee in it
  • 3. Now add little little sugar and til mixed milk and make a normal medium dough
  • 4. Now knead the dough well and make small balls from it and make a thin puri
  • 5. Now rest it for 7-8 hours and dry it on a cloth
  • 6. Now heat the oil and fry all the kharkhariya after frying separate it and after cool down store it in a airtight tin
