Remove the skin of the mango and chop into small pieces.

Grate the mango,heat clarified butter in a pan add asafoetida and also add grated mango and saute until 4 - 5 minutes now add grated jaggery and mix well.

Stir continuously until thick now add roasted cumin seeds powder,chat masala,black salt and salt and mix it well.

Now make a candy and coat with sugar powder and keep in the air tight container.
