Ingredients For Kheer potol / Kheer parwal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the parwal, cut one side and though out the seeds inside. Boil it in sugar-water mixture for 10minutes.
  • 2. Take it out from syrup and rest it. Store the syrup for further use.
  • 3. Boil the milk and make kheer. Add cardamom powder, saffron and sugar syrup and boil it again for 3minutes.
  • 4. Rest it for cool and the kheer will be little sticky.
  • 5. Take boiled parwal and fill it with kheer. Follow the same process for another four parwals.
  • 6. Put it on a plate, garnigh with some chopped almond. Serve a little cool.
