Methods

How to make Korma roti Recipe

1. First of all, clean the moong dal thoroughly and keep it soaked for a couple of hours.
2. After this, drain the water from the lentils and take it in a vessel.
3. Then take salt, all the other ingredients in it and mix it with ghee.
4. After that with little by little of water the ata has to be kneaded.
5. Now take small balls and roll them slightly thicker than roti.
6. After this, heat the pan and roast it red on low flame.
7. Then it can be eaten with curd, pickle and any vegetable.
