Kulcha Pizza Recipe !!

Kulcha is an popular Indian bread basically from Heart of India Punjab which can be made using All Purpose Flour (Maida) or Wheat Flour. Ever thought of Pizza with Kulcha as a Pizza base.... Wheat Flour Kulcha Pizza can be easily made with leftover homemade kulcha and gives the same taste and crispiness like the normal pizza.

Methods

How to make Kulcha Pizza Recipe !!

1. Take 1 kulcha. Evenly apply 2 tbsp of pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.
2. Keep some tomato round sliced then some onion rings followed by some capsicum round sliced.
3. Then finally keep half of the sweet corn kernels. You can use any toppings of your choice.
4. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on all over the toppings. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Repeat the same process for the other kulcha and make pizza.
5. Keep both the prepared kulcha pizza on a wire rack and bake in an preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade. Time and temperature may vary depending upon the oven you are using.
6. Remove from oven and keep for 2 minutes. Cut in 4 equal parts.
7. Enjoy hot Kulcha Pizza with Tomato Ketchup.
