Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add in the semolina and maida, and rub in the ghee.
  • 2. Now add in the salt, powdered sugar and coconut milk, and knead it into a dough.
  • 3. Let the dough rest for at least 1/2 hour.
  • 4. Make small round balls of a marble size and flatten it on the back side of the fork, once flattened roll it back to form a curled up shape.
  • 5. Heat oil and deep fry the kulkuls until golden brown.
  • 6. Kulkul is ready to serve.
