U can lastly sprinkle lastly after prepared paratha on it fudina powder too on this paratha with red chilli powder,salt,cumin powder,chaat masala ,2 TSP respectively a mixed powder of all this on it

Ingredients For Lachcha paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, knead dough with wheat flour,oil salt and water, make a dough of paratha
  • 2. Then give it rest for half an hour
  • 3. Now make balls out of this dough
  • 4. Now roll the ball with rolling pin then apply butter on the paratha ,sprinkle atta on it
  • 5. Now make a fan out of this rolled paratha then roll it in turban shape
  • 6. Now keep these prepared turban shaped rolled paratha into freeze for 10 to 15 minutes
  • 7. After that again roll this turban shaped paratha into a thick paratha
  • 8. Now on a iron tawa heat the tawa on low to medium flame,apply water on back side of rolled paratha and stick it to iron tawa
  • 9. Now turn over the iron tawa to flame side to cook the paratha directly on flame from other side for 7-8 minutes
  • 10. Now lachcha paratha is prepared from both sides
  • 11. Now take it from the tawa ,apply lots of butter on lachcha paratha and semi crumble the the paratha again flatten it
  • 12. Serve this lachcha paratha with onion salad,salad,chutney,sauce ,sabji as per ur choice
