Ingredients For Lapsi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add raisin, casher and fry it.
  • 2. Remove raisins and cashew to a plate.
  • 3. Now add dalia in the same pan and roast it on a slow flame till dalia is roasted nicely.
  • 4. In a pan heat the water and dissolve the jaggary.
  • 5. Now add this jaggery water into dalia and let it get cooked till dalia is soften up.
  • 6. Keep stirring occasionally. Lastly mix cardemom powder, fried raisin and cashewnuts.
