Ingredients For Lauki Chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, hing and let it splutter.
  • 2. Add ginger, chopped garlic cloves, and green chilli. Saute for a minute.
  • 3. Add lauki and saute on low flame till it gets cooked. Remove it from flame and let it cool down properly.
  • 4. Blend it with salt, rock salt, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp and jaggery until it gets smooth.
  • 5. Cool and serve.
