Try this very famous laung latta recipe filled with rich koya and dried fruits for a heavenly treat.

Take a bowl add in the ghee and knead a dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now in a heavy bottom pan add in the mawa and powdered sugar. Saute until slightly golden brown.
3.
Then add in the chopped dried fruits and and saute for a few minutes until aromatic and dried.
4.
Make small balls and roll them into medium sized puri. Place some sauteed mawa dried fruits in the centre and wrap it into a square. Prick a clove in the centre.
5.
Deep fry until golden brown.
6.
Once fried soak them in the sugar syrup for 2 minutes on each sides.
7.
Garnish with some chopped dried fruits and dried rose petals.
