Take three mangos and cut into small pieces. Make the rest of the mango paste.

Boil two cups of water, add sugar and boil for five minutes. Mix half of the agar agar powder. When it will be thickened, then turn off gas.

Take a pot to store. First pour the sugar mixture in it. Spread small mango pieces in the lower portion. Let cool completely. Refrigerate for half an hour.

On the other side, boil with mango paste in another pot. When it boils, mix the agar agar powder and take it down.

Now take it out of the fridge and pour mango paste on it and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours after cooling.

Cut in such a way that the three layers are clearly visible. Cut into small pieces and serve it.
