Anti-inflammatory benefits

First of all, stir the leftover daliya well with a spoon. Now add curd, and semolina and mix it.

Now add salt and red chili lentils to it and mix it well. Keep covered for 15 minutes. Now grease the idli mold with oil.

Fill 2-3 glasses of water in a big pan and keep it boiling.

Now add eno to the solution and mix. Now pour the batter in the idli mold and cover it in a pan and keep it to cook on high gas.

Now check with a knife or toothpick to see that it is cooked well. If the knife is clean then it is ready, otherwise let it cook for a while. Now turn off the gas. And remove it only after it cools down a bit.

For the tempering. Put oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green coriander and green chillies and fry it.

Now add onion, cheese, peas, salt and red chili and fry it. Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame till the peas are cooked.

Now put the prepared idlis in it and roast it over 2-3 minutes. Serve hot idlis with green coriander.

Tips 1. The solution should neither be too thin nor too thick. 2. Do not mix before making eno idli. And do not stir the solution too much after adding eno.

3. Keep the bottom portion of the idli mold empty as water gets into it during steaming. 4. Do not remove the idli from the mold immediately after it is made, take it out only after it cools down a bit.
