They are ready to be eaten up as it is! Serve with mint chutney or sauce, as you like it ! Spice it up with your choice of spices - kababs are a lucknawi delicacy or Awadhi delicacy. Being in Lucknow, I love the Awadhi flavours :) use any leftover veges, boiled Dal, rice, bread crumbs, etc to make this wonderful vegeterian snack! Let's begin. Note - my recipe and ingredients is my version. The versatility of this dish is that you can use any leftover veges available. No tension, just happy cooking!
