1.
1 cup of leftover Pongal ( tempered with Cashew, Green Chili, Ginger and Jeera) Take it in a wide bowl and mesh it nicely with a fork.

Now add boiled potato and mash it also with khichdi using a fork

Now add chopped onion and salt. Mix well. (Here i used pongal in which i already had cashew, green chili and ginger. So i did not put any additional spice. You may put chopped green chili, ginger or any other spice as per your taste)

Now take a small portion, flatten it and place a cheese cube in center.

Now seal it and roll it in a ball shape.
6.
do the same with all and keep all cheese balls aside. Meanwhile heat sufficient oil in a pan to fry.
7.
When oil is hot, fry cheese balls initially on high flame and then on low medium flame.
