First of all, to prepare the masala, grind some fenugreek leaves, garlic and onion in a mixer.

Then we will prepare spicy masala by mixing salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander and amchoor powder in it.

Then apply oil in the pan and fry the rotis from both the sides. And then fill it with spices and fold it.

Then put some oil in a pan and keep the folded roti. Pour some curd over it. Cover it and let it cook on low flame.Cook from both the sides and serve hot.
