Methods
  • 1. Mash subji.add onion and sattu atta and dhanya.mix well. If it is not hard then saute it and dry its water
  • 2. Knead wheat flour to soft dough rest for ten minutes
  • 3. Make balls and roll on rolling pin medium thick Chapati.
  • 4. Heat tawa and spread Chapati when the colour of Chapati change remove from tawa.
  • 5. .Fill with stuffing and fold all sides like parcels.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on both sides.
  • 7. Serve with chutney and curd
