How to make Leftover watermelon skin muthiya recipe

Take watermelon skin and remove green part from it, now wash and dry them.

Now grate them in a mixing bowl and squeeze to remove water from it.

Now add wheat dalia flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, sugar,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin coriander powder.

Now add 2 tsp groundnut oil and mix lightly. Now add eno fruit salt and pour lemon juice on it, mix well.

Now make oval shaped muthiyas and steam them around 10-15 minutes. Now like this steam all muthiyas and allow to cool.

Cut these muthiyas in small pieces. For tadka take a fry pan and add ground nut oil, when oil heats add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida,curry leaves and add chopped muthiyas in it.

Now mix well and cook for sometime. Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
