Cut roti in small pieces. Add this in grinder and grind. Make powder. Heat ghee in a pan and add grinded roti.

Cook on medium flame till It turns golden brown. Add milk and stir Continuesoly. Add suger and cardamom powder and mix.

When the mixture leaves the side of the pan add some chopped almond and cashew. Remove from heat and serve hot garnish with chopped almonds and cashew.
