For fried onions tips : Take a microwave bowl add chopped onions and 1 tbsp oil . Then micro high power level 5 minutes. its Crispy and less oil barista ready .

Methods
  • 1. Cut the seekh kababs into bite size pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a grilled pan and  shallow fry till light golden, keep aside.
  • 2. Next boil the rice with a few whole spices and salt until half  done. Drain and set aside.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes. Add the masalas and lil bit of water .cook for few seconds.
  • 4. Add the tomatoes and cook for few minutes until they are soft . Add the hung curd &and cook until oil  on top.
  • 5. Add the fried crushed onions and fried seekh kababs. The masala is ready .
  • 6. Now in a large pan, add half the cooked rice, add  the seekh masala. Add fried onions.
  • 7. Add rice again & saffron milk. Add the seekh masala again covering again with rice after the layering is done.
  • 8. finally topped with rice and drizzle 1 tbsp ghee cover it tightly and keep it on low flame for 15-17 minute.
  • 9. Your yummy less oil sheek kabab chicken biriyani is ready to serve. Enjoy with salad and Raita .
