Lilva ni kachori is a delicious winter snack made with fresh tuvar (green pigeon peas). These fresh tuvar beans are called as lilva in the Gujarati language

Firstly take one bowl, add the all purpose flour, oil ,salt and water knead soft dough. it's not more soft like roti dough , cover and keep a side for 10 minutes

Next take lilva bean wash couple of times and grind it make coarse paste .Next take Ginger, garlic ,green chillies add into Mixer jar and grinde make coarse pasteTake green peas and grind it

Now take pan and heat oil ,then add the cumin seeds ,hing and sessame seeds once it splutter then add the lilva paste ,green peas paste mix it well and saute for 2-3 minut ,then add the garlic ginger green chillies paste mix well ,now add the all spices masala mix well

Now add the cashew, raisins mix well it, then add the corinder leaves and sugar ,lemon juice mix well , switch off gas flame are ready Take lemon size dough from dough and roll it Place the stuffing ball in the centre of the rolled dough

Take the edges of the dough and begin pleating itHeat oil and fry it till golden brown on low medium flame
