Ingredients For Louki ki steamed Wadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add suji, besan, salt, curd, chilli flakes and grated louki . Mix it well. Keep it aside.
  • 2. Grease plate with oil. Take a steamer add water, boil it.
  • 3. Check the mixture. Whisk it. If needed add water. Before steaming add Eno. Mix gently.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into plate. Steam it for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool. Cut it into pieces.
  • 5. Take a wok heat oil . Add mustard seed, when it starts cracking add til , curry leaves.
  • 6. Add the steamed pieces. Mix and coat tadka .
