Poha is made by partly cooking paddy and then drying it out in the sun for hours until it turns a bit harder.

First of all, put the poha in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with water. Now leave it in the sieve for 5 minutes so that its water gets squeezed out.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add peanuts, onion and fry it.

Now add green chillies, curry leaves and ginger and fry it well.
4.
Now add all the vegetables in it and mix well. And fry it on low flame.
5.
When it is fried, then add salt and Maggi magic masala and mix it.
6.
Now add poha to it and mix well. Now add lemon juice to it and mix. Serve Maggi Magic Masala Poha hot. ....Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg...
