First of all wash and soak the urad dal for 5-6 hours and grind it.With water as required..

Take maize flour in a vessel add salt, red chili powder and urad dal to it and kneed a little hard dough only then add water because urad lentils contain water already.

In a jar make a chutney by taking tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic..

Heat oil in a pan and make small dough balls and deep fry them serve with chutney.
