Ingredients For Maize's dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First put corn flour in a vessel, now add curd and mix it well, now add water and salt and cover it for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Now add 1 tsp of sugar, and eno in the maize flour batter and mix
  • 3. Now put water in a pan and heat it, keep a bowl in it and let it heat, now grease a vessel in which dhokla is made with oil and put dhokla batter in it and keep it in a steamer and let it cook on high flame for 15 minutes then 10 minutes slow cook on flame
  • 4. Now cool it for 10 minutes and cut it into desired shape, now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and green chilies and fry it, now pour the tempering over the dhokla and garnish with green coriander.
  • 5. Serve the finished dhokla with green chutney or sweet tamarind chutney.
