  • 1. First of all dry roast makhana and dry fruits.
  • 2. Grind them coarsely.
  • 3. Heat milk and reduce it. Now put these dry fruits and Makhana powder.
  • 4. Cook for a while. Once the milk gets thick, switch off the flame.
  • 5. Now add elachi powder and sugar. Mix it.
  • 6. Keep in a fridge and serve chilled.
