Ingredients For Makki ki Masala Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Now let us begin making Makki ki masala wali roti/Makki ki masala roti.
  • 2. Put the corn flour into a big plate / parat and add ajwain,salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now add the chopped Onion,Ginger, Garlic, green chili,spring onion, coriander leaves and mix well without adding water.
  • 4. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
  • 5. Once the dough is ready make a dough ball and form a roti with your hands .
  • 6. Now put the roti in the hot plate/tawa and roast with oil/ghee as you like and serve hot with green or red chilli chutney,onion chutney,Raita.
