In a bowl add potatoes , paneer ,salt,green chillies ,cashew ,corriander ,raisins give it a mix.

The mixture koftas are rrady fry them on medium flame untill crisp and golden brown.

Now in a pan add oil , onion, ginger garlic paste ,tomatoes, salt and few more cashews blend them together and make a smooth and mushy paste out of it.

Now in another pan add butter , oil ,bay leaf ,cumin seeds ,chilli powder , corriander powder ,salt, cloves and mix the tomato and onjon puree to it. Boil it for another 10 mins on medium flame.

After that add cream , kasuri methi and garam masala.
